1. Research-Use-Only Policy
Retron Labs supplies analytical-grade biochemical reference standards and laboratory research materials. All materials are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical method development, identity verification, and non-clinical laboratory evaluation. They are not for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, dosing, injection, ingestion, administration, compounding, prescription use, or consumer resale.
2. Qualified-Buyer Policy
Buyers must be qualified research customers: laboratories, academic researchers, biotech organizations, contract research organizations, or other institutional research customers. Buyers must be of legal age, qualified to handle laboratory research materials, and able to confirm research-only intended use. Retron Labs reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that does not meet qualified-buyer criteria.
3. Prohibited Use
By purchasing, the buyer agrees not to use Retron Labs materials for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, dosing, injection, ingestion, administration, compounding, prescription use, or resale for consumer use. Materials may not be repackaged, relabeled, or distributed for any non-research purpose. Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Documentation Standards
Every lot is identity-confirmed by mass spectrometry and analytical-purity tested by HPLC to ≥99% prior to release. Lot-level Certificate of Analysis access is available on request via the documentation page or by emailing the support team. Lot numbers tie each shipment to the corresponding analytical documentation.
5. Restricted-Product Policy
Retron Labs does not catalog selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs), erectile-dysfunction product names, consumer-positioned weight-loss or anti-aging products, oral supplements, capsules, tablets, gummies, injection supplies (syringes, needles, alcohol pads, bacteriostatic water positioned for reconstitution or administration), enclomiphene, methylene blue, or any product framed for human or animal consumption. Reference materials in regulated chemical classes are presented strictly as analytical/reference materials with institutional buyer controls.
6. Checkout Acknowledgment
Before any payment is initiated, the buyer must affirm:
"I confirm that I am purchasing these materials exclusively for qualified in-vitro laboratory research or analytical use. I will not use these materials for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, dosing, injection, ingestion, administration, compounding, prescription use, or resale for consumer use."
7. Cancellation Rights
Retron Labs reserves the right to cancel any order, before or after checkout, if the order, buyer, or use case does not satisfy this compliance policy. Where an order is cancelled, the buyer is refunded in full per the refund policy.
