Buyer Representations
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that (a) you are of legal age in your jurisdiction; (b) you are a qualified research customer — a laboratory, academic researcher, biotech organization, contract research organization, or other institutional research customer; (c) you are purchasing materials exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical method development, identity verification, or non-clinical laboratory evaluation; and (d) you have the authority to bind the entity on whose behalf you are purchasing.
Prohibited Use
Buyer agrees that Retron Labs materials shall not be used for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, dosing, injection, ingestion, administration, compounding, prescription use, or resale for consumer use. Buyer further agrees not to repackage, relabel, redistribute, or transfer materials in a manner inconsistent with these terms.
No Resale for Human or Animal Use
Materials may not be resold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to any person or entity for human or animal consumption or administration. Buyer acknowledges sole responsibility for downstream handling.
Right to Cancel Non-Compliant Orders
Retron Labs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any order — before or after payment — if the order, buyer, intended use, or shipping destination appears inconsistent with these terms or with the Compliance Policy. Cancelled orders are refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.
No Medical or Consumer Claims
Nothing on this website constitutes medical, dietary, therapeutic, or consumer-product advice. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Materials are not drugs, foods, supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retron Labs' aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order. Retron Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Retron Labs is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Updates
Retron Labs may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
